Shipping and Returns Information

Dispatch & Delivery information

All items will be shipped in flat, protective packaging (usually a board backed envelope or cardboard box). We use recycled packaging where possible so please expect reused boxes from time to time. All packaging materials are recyclable.

Orders are currently dispatched within 2 working days.

Orders dispatched over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day (usually Monday).

Please note we are currently only shipping within the UK.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as a default, with costs starting at £1.00. Orders sent via this method should take around 3-4 working days from dispatch.

You can upgrade shipping a checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24, for an additional cost of £3.00. Orders sent via this method should take around 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Returns

We hope you love the products you purchase from Petal & Pencil, but if you’re not happy with your order please contact hello@petalandpencil.co.uk as soon as possible.

Under UK distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us if you wish to cancel or return your order, and an additional 14 days to send the items back to us after notifying us. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will review them and contact you within 5 working days to arrange a refund or replacement (we can discuss this with you to find the best option for you based on the reason for return). Unless the items are faulty, we can only offer a full refund for the actual products and do not cover the cost of postage for returning your order.
